GMDSS Trainer (“the App”) is developed and maintained by Osprey Applications LLC. We are committed to protecting your privacy. This privacy policy explains how we handle your information.

The GMDSS Trainer app does not collect, store, or transmit any personally identifiable information (PII). All study progress, exam scores, and preferences are stored locally on your device.

Analytics

We use Google Analytics (GA4) on the website to understand aggregate traffic patterns. This includes anonymous data such as page views, session duration, and general geographic region. No personal data is linked to these analytics.

In-App Purchases

Subscription and purchase transactions are processed entirely through Apple's App Store, Google Play, or RevenueCat. We do not have access to your payment information. These platforms have their own privacy policies governing payment processing.

Third-Party Services

The app may use the following third-party services:

• RevenueCat — for managing subscriptions and in-app purchases
• Google Analytics (GA4) — for website analytics only

Data Storage

All user data (study progress, bookmarks, exam history) is stored locally on your device. We do not have servers that store your personal data.

The App is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
